With our PARTIAL CARE PACKAGE, you are entitled of our biweekly services:
All our services are supervised personally by our Manager, who will send to the Owner’s a report at the end of each visit or at the end of the month as Owner’s preference.
In case of extra services required, the Owner’s will be able to beneficiate of our professional partner’s network and competitive prices to carry out all these extra services.
We care and your satisfaction is our priority.

- House Cleaning – dust, floors, airing
- Gardening – grass cutting and garden cleaning
- Pool Maintenance – regular basic care of the pool
- Inspection and detection of small maintenance issues

We are managing your property, and we are completely transparent when it comes to sharing what’s happening. We manage the Full Property Rental Management and everything is accessible to you. We take care of everything for your property rental from managing your listing & price to preparing the property for your guests, key exchange, cleaning, laundry and much more so you relax while we care and assure your guests satisfaction. We have a wide range of services designed to provide the best experience to your guests. The Owner’s will receive a monthly report from guest booking details to monthly generated revenue.

Before the arrival of your guests, we are able to assist you with a welcome amenity (please request our list). We will welcome personally your guests upon their arrival and assist them during their stay.
